Easy Pasta Salad
I was checking out some recipes to fix, and came across this. I made a change in mine, I went with whole wheat pasta. It’s much healthier, and I don’t see any difference in taste. Since certain brands of wheat pasta vary from one to the other, I just listed the original recipe… enjoy!
Easy Pasta Salad
3 cups of Spiral Pasta (1 1/2 cup uncooked)
1 large ripe tomato, cored, seeded, and chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, cored seeded, and chopped
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded reduced fat Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup black olives drained and sliced
1/2 cup prepared fat-free Italian or Parmesan-pepper dressing
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients, toss to mix. Chill to blend the flavors.
